The rooms and public lounge area are very comfortable and elegant. It was a great pleasure to come "home" each evening after roaming the city all day. The location for a tourist could not be better.
Everything was perfect, except, the wifi access was very spotty, especially with iPads. It was better in the public lounge area, but very, very poor in the individual rooms. This made it hugely inconvenient to do travel and event planning. I understand the system had recently undergone a change, so perhaps the kinks will be remedied soon. If not, I would look for another hotel for any future Paris visit, even though everything else was wonderful.

The staff were very accommodating and worked with me when I had travel challenges. They were knowledgable of the area and always went the extra mile to provide assistance.
The small elevator was inconvenient.

I loved the friendly staff, location and the rooms which were very french. The fact that it was in easy walking distance too some of the sights was great and also had lovley resteraunts and coffee shops nearby.
The lift was very small and the breakfast was pricey at 14 Euros for a continental.

Clean and comfy rooms, really good service, and good touches like complimentary water and chocolates. Just be prepared for small rooms and occasional noise.

We had this hotel recommended by friends. The location is brilliant and very central. Easy walking distance to Eiffel Tower, Monmartre, St Germaine and all other attractions. The hotel is clean and very well managed. The staff are all very helpful. Room sizes are quite good for Paris! There are several good cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The breakfast was more than adequate and sensational, the check in was early. We got a double room which was tastefully decorated. The stuff where friendly bilingual and amazingly helpful from arrival to departure. It had the best location, near the river, restaurants and attractions, and the helpful restaurant and travel tips.
